摘要 三(羟甲基)甲基铵盐,[C(CH2OH)3NH3]X,是通过三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷(TRIS)与羧酸(肉桂酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸、烟酸、2-甲基苯氧乙酸、琥珀酸、丙二酸、草酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸)。新化合物(1-15)通过1H NMR、13C NMR、FT-IR、元素分析和热分析方法进行了表征。三(羟甲基)甲基丙二酸氢铵、琥珀酸氢铵和2-甲基苯氧基乙酸铵的晶体结构由单晶X射线衍射确定。已经研究了一些合成的三(羟甲基)甲基铵盐对细菌大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、结核分枝杆菌和真菌白色念珠菌和黑曲霉的抗菌活性。
