  (EN) The present invention relates to novel vitamin D derivatives of formula (I), wherein X is C=CH2 or CH2; Y is hydrogen, fluorine or hydroxy; Z is hydroxy; n is 1 or 2; R1 is lower alkyl; R2 is a branched alkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms which may be substituted with halogen and/or OH, or a phenyl group which may be substituted with a branched alkyl group, optionally substituted with halogen and/or hydroxy, having 3 to 8 carbon atoms; and the dotted bond in ring D is optionally a double bond; and pharmaceutically usable salts thereof. The present invention further relates to a process for the manufacture of compounds of formula (I), to pharmaceutical compositions based on compounds of formula (I) or their salts, to the use of compounds of formula (I) for the treatment of vitamin D dependent disorders and for the manufacture of pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of vitamin D dependent disorders.(FR) Cette invention se rapporte à de nouveaux dérivés de la vitamine D, représentés par la formule (I), et à des sels de ces dérivés utilisables dans le domaine pharmaceutique. Dans cette formule, X représente C=CH2 ou CH2; Y représente hydrogène, fluor ou hydroxy; Z représente hydroxy; n est égal à 1 ou à 2; R1 représente alkyl inférieur; R2 représente un alkyl ramifié ayant 3 à 8 atomes de carbone qui peut être substitué par halogène et/ou OH, ou un groupe phényl qui peut être substitué par un groupe alkyl ramifié, éventuellement substitué par halogène et/ou hydroxy, ayant 3 à 8 atomes de carbone; et la liaison en pointillé dans le cycle D est éventuellement une liaison double.
