Organic carboxylic acid ester represented by the formula (II):
wherein R1 is an alkyl, an aralkyl or an aryl group; R2 is an alkyl group; R3 is an alkyl group; n is 1 or 2, are synthesized in racemic form, and then the acid ester (II) is treated with a source containing enzyme capable of rearranging with or without asymmetrically hydrolyzing ester bond until either a d-form or 1-form optically active carboxylic acid ester represented by the formula (II) together with or without the antipode acid thereof is produced.
由式(II)表示的有机羧酸酯:其中 R1 是烷基、芳烷基或芳基;R2 是烷基;R3 是烷基;n 是 1 或 2,以外消旋形式合成,然后将酸酯(II)用含有能进行重排的酶的源进行处理,无论该酶是否能不对称地水解酯键,直至生成由式(II)表示的具有光学活性的 d 型或 1 型羧酸酯及其反式酸。
