Alkenyl acyclonudeosides derivatives of 5-halogenouracil have been synthesized via Michael addition reaction. These compounds were treated by allylbromide, propargylbromide or ethylbromoacetate to give the corresponding N-1,N-3-disubstituted 5-halogenouracil.
