Synthèses et réactivité avec des nucléophiles de sels de perfluoroalkylméthylèneoxy(trisdiméthylamino) phosphonium
摘要:
The reaction of perfluoroalkylmethanols (R(F)-CH2-OH) with tris(dimethylamino)phosphine in the presence of excess carbon tetrachloride produces the corresponding perfluoroalkymethyleneoxy(trisdimethylamino) phosphonium chlorides in good yield. Exchange of anion chloride is effected, in aqueous solution, by nucleophilic or non-nucleophilic anions (N3-, SCN-, NCO-, PF6-) via selective extraction or precipitation. Such salts are substrates for nucleophilic substitution yielding substituted perfluoroalkylmethylene compounds (R(F)-CH2-Y).

A method for the regiospecific synthesis of 1,4,5-trisubstituted-1,2,3-triazole catalyzed by copper(I) iodide was developed. This is the first example of a regiospecific synthesis of 5-iodo-1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazole, which can be further elaborated to a range of 1,4,5-trisubstituted-1,2,3-triazole derivatives.
