  本发明公开了一种2‑甲基‑4‑氯苯氧乙酸异辛酯的连续化制备方法，属于农药合成技术领域。本发明的连续化制备方法为：将氯乙酸，异辛醇，催化剂混合，通过进料泵进入微通道酯化，收集反应液，对反应液进行油水分离，去除水即得氯乙酸异辛酯；然后将邻甲酚、溶剂、碱和氯乙酸异辛酯分别混合，通过进料泵进入连续多级搅拌反应器进行缩合反应，收集反应液，除去碱和溶剂，得到邻甲酚苯氧乙酸异辛酯；最后将邻甲酚苯氧乙酸异辛酯配制成20％的溶液，进入微通道反应器，经过氯化，去除过量氯气、溶剂后，即得2甲4氯异辛酯。本发明采用了连续化制备工艺，具有反应时间短，产品纯度高，收率高，绿色环保等优点。
