  A benefit agent delivery system for use in cosmetic or cleansing products is provided comprising a polysaccharide-zein complex, a benefit agent and a plasticiser. The delivery system enhances the stability of the benefit agent whilst providing for shear-triggered release of the benefit agent on application of a product to a substrate such as human skin.
