Palladium-catalyzed aerobic oxidative aminocarbonylation and alkoxycarbonylation reactions with aryl hydrazines as coupling partners have been developed. The oxidative carbonylation of aryl hydrazines proceeded smoothly at atmospheric pressure CO, employing molecular oxygen as the terminal oxidant.
