[Object] An object of the present invention is to provide, as a material for an organic EL device having high efficiency and a high durability, a material for an organic EL device having excellent injection/transport performance of holes, excellent electron blocking capability, excellent stability in a thin-film state, and an excellent durability, and to further provide an organic EL device having high efficiency, a low drive voltage, and a long lifetime by combining the material and various materials for an organic EL device having excellent injection/transport performance of holes and electrons, excellent electron blocking capability, excellent stability in a thin-film state, and an excellent durability so that the properties of the respective materials can be effectively exhibited.
[Solving Means] Since an arylamine compound having a specific structure in the present invention has excellent injection/transport performance of holes, excellent stability in a thin-film state, and an excellent durability, holes injected from the anode side can be effectively transported by selecting this arylamine compound having a specific structure as a material of a hole transport layer. Further, various organic EL devices obtained by combining an electron transport material having a specific structure and the like exhibit favorable device properties.
[目的] 本发明的目的是提供一种用于有机电致发光器件的材料,具有高效率和高耐久性,具有出色的空穴注入/输运性能,优异的电子阻挡能力,薄膜状态下的优异稳定性和优异耐久性,并通过将该材料与具有出色的空穴和电子注入/输运性能、优异的电子阻挡能力、薄膜状态下的优异稳定性和优异耐久性的各种有机电致发光器件材料相结合,以有效展示各种材料的性能,进一步提供高效率、低驱动电压和长寿命的有机电致发光器件。
[解决手段] 由于本发明中具有特定结构的芳基胺化合物具有出色的空穴注入/输运性能、薄膜状态下的优异稳定性和优异耐久性,因此通过选择该具有特定结构的芳基胺化合物作为空穴输运层的材料,可以有效地输运从阳极侧注入的空穴。此外,通过结合具有特定结构的电子输运材料等的各种有机电致发光器件材料,可以获得良好的器件性能。
