Fluorination of nitro alcohols with N,N-diethyl-1,1,2,3,3,3-hexafluoropropylamine (PPDA) was investigated. 3-Nitrobenzyl fluoride (II) was obtained from the reaction of PPDA and 3-nitrobenzyl alcohol (I) (yield 66%). 研究了N,N-二乙基-1,1,2,3,3,3-六氟丙胺(PPDA)对硝基醇的氟化作用。从PPDA和3-硝基苄醇(I)的反应中获得3-硝基苄基氟化物(II)(收率66%)。2-甲基-2-硝基-1-丙醇(IV)与PPDA的反应得到2-甲基-2-硝基丙基2,3,3,3-四氟丙酸酯(V)。用氢化铝锂还原3-硝基苄基氟化物(II),得到的氨基化合物3-氨基苄基氟化物(VI)收率低。
