6-Methoxy-indanone derivatives as potential probes for β-amyloid plaques in Alzheimer's disease

A series of 6-methoxy indanone derivatives was synthesized and evaluated as potential probes for β-amyloid plaque imaging in Alzheimer's disease (AD).
