Three new groups of peptaibols, trichodecenins, trichorovins and trichocellins, have been isolated from conidia of the fungus, Trichoderma viride. The structures of trichodecenins-I and -II were established by positive-ion fast-atom bombardment, collision-induced dissociation mass spectrometry and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy.
