    摘要:
    Several novel water-soluble asymmetric pentamethine cyanine dyes were synthesized. The maximum absorption and emission wavelengths of the dyes in different solvents were in the range from 647 to 665 nm and exhibited negative solvatochromism with increasing solvent polarity. The fluorescence quantum yields of the dyes were about 0.1 in water, and were obviously higher than those of hydrophobic cyanine dyes. Dyes with N-benzyl groups and N-sulfo-groups displayed greater photostability than dyes with N-carboxypentyl groups in water. The limit of detection of dye 5a for BSA was 1.2 x 10(-8) mol L-1 by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescent director about 100-fold lower than that by UV detection (1.0 x 10(-6) mol L-1). Therefore, Dye 5a could be used to improve photostability and detection sensitivity in protein analysis. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

    本发明涉及1‑[N‑(3,5‑二(2‑(2‑甲氧乙氧基)乙氧基)乙氧基)苄基‑2,3,3‑三甲基‑3H‑吲哚]‑5‑[N‑羧苄基‑2,3,3‑三甲基‑3H‑吲哚]五碳菁化盐染料(简称为PCPC)在制备抗肿瘤药物中的应用。MTT结果显示:PCPC能显著抑制结直肠癌细胞系HCT116和SW480细胞活力。本发明的化合物PCPC作为新型抗肿瘤药物或者其辅助成分进行开发,抑制肿瘤效果显著,将为治疗和治愈肿瘤提供新的治疗途径和手段。

    The invention provides polymers comprising pendent photochrome or near IR dye groups, as well as polymeric matrices made from these polymers, which can be used as or in association with a medical article. The polymers can be synthesized using methods that facilitate the preparation of medical articles having good biocompatibility. Exemplary polymeric matrices are in the form of lubricious coatings on medical devices, such as catheters. Visualization by irradiation of the photochrome or near IR dye can improve detection of the polymeric matrix on a device or in the body. This, in turn can improve aspects of a medical procedure, such as device insertion or matrix formation, as well as being useful for assessing the quality of the matrix.
