Selective 1,4-Reduction of Chalcones with Zn/NH<sub>4</sub>Cl/C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>5</sub>OH/H<sub>2</sub>O

In this paper, the Zn/NH 4 Cl/C 2 H 5 OH/H 2 O system was applied for the selective 1,4-reduction of chalcones under mild conditions with high selectivity. The merit lies in inexpensive reagent, simple operation and environmental friendliness. The structures of the products were characterized by IR, 1 H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. A possible mechanism is also suggested.
本文将Zn/NH 4 Cl/C 2 H 5 OH/H 2 O体系应用于温和条件下高选择性的查尔酮选择性1,4-还原反应。优点在于试剂便宜、操作简单、环境友好。通过IR、1 H NMR、MS光谱和元素分析对产物的结构进行了表征。还提出了一种可能的机制。
