一、化学性质

  • 外观:白色至黄白色的结晶粉末或颗粒。
  • 味道:几乎无味(稍有咸味)。

二、用途

  1. 抗氧化剂

    • 用于食品工业,如各类罐头、果酱和冷冻鱼等。
      • 最大使用量为1.0g/kg。
    • 也应用于肉制品中(最大使用量为0.5g/kg,按抗坏血酸计)。
    • 还可用作葡萄酒和果汁饮料类中的抗氧化剂,其最大使用量为0.15g/kg。
    • 适用于啤酒生产过程,其最大允许添加量为0.04g/kg。
  2. 防腐助色剂:主要用于食品加工过程中保持色泽及延长保质期。

  3. 化妆品抗氧剂

三、生产方法

  1. 利用荧光假单胞菌KL005或球状节杆菌KL022发酵D-葡萄糖产生2-酮基-D-葡糖酸(或其钙盐)。

    • 发酵培养液组分包括:葡萄糖(18%)、酵母膏(0.3%)、磷酸二氢钾·3H₂O (0.05%)、磷酸氢二钾(0.05%)、硫酸镁·7H₂O(0.025%)以及CaCO₃(4.5%)。
    • 发酵条件为温度控制在30-35℃之间,发酵周期约30小时。
  2. 酸化和脱色:发酵液经加酸(硫酸或草酸)、活性炭处理后进行过滤除杂。

  3. 提纯:通过减压浓缩后的清液加入甲醇酯化5小时,并冷冻结晶、离心甩滤获得甲酯,再用碱性甲醇溶液转化得到D-异抗坏血酸钠粗品。

  4. 最终精制:溶解于热水中后加活性炭进一步脱色并保温过滤;经冷冻结晶、离心甩干洗涤真空干燥最终制成成品。

  5. 母液回收与再利用也是整个生产流程中的重要环节,能提高整体转化效率和产品纯度。

    [PROBLEMS] To provide an ink-jet recording medium which can be imparted with a feeling like an off-set printing paper at a low cost, which can exhibit excellent ink-absorbing properties and scratch resistance in a printed area, and which can achieve good printing quality. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The ink-jet recording medium comprises: a base paper mainly composed of a wood pulp; and an ink-receiving layer which is arranged on one or both surfaces of the base paper, and which comprises a binder containing an acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer having a butadiene content of 50 mass% or more and an inorganic pigment. The content of the acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer is 1 to 8 parts by mass (inclusive) relative to 100 parts by mass of the inorganic pigment. The inorganic pigment contains a kaolin at a content of 60 mass % or more, wherein the kaolin contains particles each having a particle diameter of not less than 0.4 µm and less than 4.2 µm as measured by a laser diffraction method at a content of 64% or more in terms of volume-based integrated value. The ink-receiving layer has a surface roughness of 0.6 to 1.4 µm (inclusive) as measured in accordance with JIS P8151 employing a clamping pressure of 1000 kPa and using a hard backing.
