  本发明涉及一步合成4,4'‑双(9H‑咔唑‑9‑基)联苯类化合物的方法，包括如下步骤：将咔唑类化合物、1,4‑二碘苯类化合物、有机碱、铜盐催化剂、银盐氧化剂、相转移催化剂以及有机溶剂加入到反应器中，空气氛围下于120℃～140℃下反应12h以上，待反应结束后，冷却，旋出所述有机溶剂，萃取、洗涤、干燥、过滤，旋除所述有机溶剂，柱层析分离制得4,4'‑双(9H‑咔唑‑9‑基)联苯类化合物。本发明方法实现了一步法合成产物，且产物收率较高，制备成本低。
