  The bis(tert-butylamido)phenylborane ligand [(BuN)-Bu-t-B-Ph-(NBu)-Bu-t], may be delivered to titanium from its dilithio salt. Complexes containing a single chelating boradiamido ligand, [(BuN)-Bu-t-B-Ph-(NBu)-Bu-t]TiX2, (X = NMe2 (1), Cl (2), Bn (3)), have been prepared and characterized by H-1 and B-11 NMR, and single crystal X-ray structure analysis (2,3).
