  摘要：

  通过中间体3-芳基-1-苯基-吡唑-4-基甲醛4'的环化制备一系列新型吡唑基取代的1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物（6a-6d、7a-7d、8a-8d） -苯基硫代氨基脲与 0.5 M 三氯化铁溶液。通过IR、1 H NMR和元素分析证实了新化合物的结构。同时用荧光分光光度计对化合物进行了检测，具有较好的荧光活性。
