  本发明公开了一种1‑H‑1,2,3‑三氮唑‑4‑羧酸叔丁酯的制备方法，包括如下步骤：S1，甲氧基氯苄、叠氮化合物和有机溶剂搅拌反应，萃取，干燥，浓缩得到对甲氧基苄基叠氮溶液；S2、向反应瓶中依次加入对甲氧基苄基叠氮溶液、叔丁醇、H2O、抗坏血酸、CuSO4，滴加丙炔酸叔丁酯，搅拌反应，浓缩叔丁醇，萃取，干燥，浓缩，打浆得到1‑对甲氧基苄基‑4‑叔丁氧羰基‑1,2,3‑三氮唑‑4‑羧酸叔丁酯纯品；S3、向反应瓶中依次加入1‑对甲氧基苄基‑4‑叔丁氧羰基‑1,2,3‑三氮唑‑4‑羧酸叔丁酯纯品、硝酸铈铵、乙腈、H2O，搅拌反应，萃取，干燥，浓缩，硅胶柱纯化得到1‑H‑1,2,3‑三氮唑‑4‑羧酸叔丁酯纯品。本制备方法中原料易得，反应条件温和，避免了生产过程的危险性，提高了产品收率，适合工业化生产。
