  ithine amide were resolved to ω-acyl-L-amino acids and ω-acyl-D-amino acid amides by the partially purified leucine aminopeptidase preparation. ω-Acyl-L-amino acids and ω-acyl-D-amino acid amides were hydrolyzed to L- and D-amino acid hydrochlorides, respectively. The parts of ω-benzoyl-D-amino acid amides were changed to ω-benzoyl-D-amino acids by acid hydrolysis.

  e-苯甲酰基-DL-赖氨酸酰胺、δ-苯甲酰基-DL-鸟氨酸酰胺和δ-羧基苯甲氧基-DL-鸟氨酸酰胺被部分分解为ω-酰基-L-氨基酸和ω-酰基-D-氨基酸酰胺纯化的亮氨酸氨肽酶制剂。ω-酰基-L-氨基酸和ω-酰基-D-氨基酸酰胺分别水解为L-和D-氨基酸盐酸盐。ω-苯甲酰基-D-氨基酸酰胺部分通过酸水解转变为ω-苯甲酰基-D-氨基酸。
