Phosphorylation of N-acylamines, N-acylaminoesters, N-acylaminoalcohols and N-acylsulfonamides with trialkylphosphite was promoted under ultrasound irradiation using solvent and catalyst free conditions to afford amidophosponates with 75–90% yield in 5–15 min.
