制备方法与用途

概述

茶碱甘氨酸钠对呼吸道平滑肌有直接松弛作用，其作用机理比较复杂，过去认为通过抑制磷酸二酯酶，使细胞内环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量提高所致。近来实验认为茶碱的支气管扩张作用部分是由于内源性肾上腺素与去甲肾上腺素释放的结果，此外，茶碱是嘌呤受体阻滞剂，能对抗腺嘌呤等对呼吸道的收缩作用，茶碱能增强膈肌收缩力，尤其在膈肌收缩无力时作用更显著，因此有益于改善呼吸功能。

用途

茶碱甘氨酸钠为茶碱与甘氨酸的混合物，含无水茶碱49%～52%，作用同茶碱，但较稳定，疗效较好。临床用途同氨茶碱，主要用于支气管痉挛引起的气道阻塞诸种疾病。
