制备

将3.5克二碳酸二叔丁酯(16毫摩尔)和13毫升三乙胺(9.4毫摩尔)加入到搅拌着的3克4-氨基甲基苯基硼酸(16毫摩尔)在100毫升四氢呋喃中的溶液中。将反应物在回流下搅拌1小时,然后蒸发溶剂并将残余物在水和乙酸乙酯之间分配。有机相在减压下浓缩后得到2.67克4-(N-BOC-氨甲基)苯基硼酸(10.6毫摩尔),为白色固体。
