  摘要 通过筛选大约 30 种市售脂肪酶和酯酶，发现 C. rugosa 脂肪酶和 P. fluorescens 酯酶这两种酶对 2-chloro-3,3,3 的水解具有催化活性和对映选择性（E~10）。 -三氟丙酸 (CTFPA) 甲酯和乙酯。两种酶都被暂时指定为 (S) 选择性的，这是基于它们与 2-氯丙酸甲酯（CTFPA 的非氟化类似物）的水解具有相同立体偏好的假设。该酶用于CTFPA乙酯的动力学拆分，在60%的转化率下可以实现95% ee的剩余酯。发现C.rugosa脂肪酶的交联酶聚集体(CLEA)催化CTFPA甲酯与乙醇的对映选择性酯交换(E～40)。
