The present invention relates to the spherical pellets containing an immobilized enzyme based on cholinesterase in activity of 1 to 100 nkat.g-1, wherein the enzyme is immobilized in a porous, water insoluble inorganic material with specific surface area ranging between 200 and 400 m2.g-1, bulk density ranging between 0,05 and 0,25 g.l-1, pH of aqueous extract ranging between 6 and 8, and mean agglomerated particle size ranging between 50 and 150 µm, mixed with at least one spheronizing agent, wherein at least 75% of the resulting pellets have mean particle size between 0.1 and 3.0 mm, a manufacturing process of such pellets by extrusion-spheronization or rotogranulation, the use of such pellets for the detection of cholinesterase inhibitors, and a detection tube comprising such pellets.
