2,2‐Bis(1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinolin‐6‐yl)acetates can be synthesized by using an efficient Cu‐catalyzed double Friedel‐Crafts alkylation strategy under aqueous conditions starting from N‐arylglycine esters and tetrahydroquinolines as nucleophiles. N‐methyl aniline and indoles were also applied as nucleophiles.
