摘要 麝香酮是一种自然界稀缺的珍贵芳香化合物。已经进行了许多合成这种独特天然产物的尝试。在这项工作中,提供了一种从 3-甲基-15-羟基十五酸制备麝香酮的新合成方法。苯并咪唑鎓盐用作甲酸氧化水平的四氢叶酸辅酶模型,格氏试剂用作亲核试剂,将单碳单元转移到其上。使用苯并咪唑盐与格氏试剂的加成水解反应成功地完成了麝香酮的仿生合成。
