  摘要：

  对附子生物碱科布辛的1-氮杂双环[2.2.1]庚烷部分结构（D/E环系）进行了合成研究。由 4a-硝基甲基氢菲酮 (7) 合成 1-氮杂双环 [2.2.1] 庚烷体系 (±)-6, 15, 16-亚氨基多卡烷-8, 11, 13-三烯 (3)，该体系由 4a-硝基甲基氢菲酮 (7) 合成。通过异常的 Reimer-Tiemann 反应生成四氢菲酚 (4)。桥氮结构是通过霍夫曼-洛夫勒反应由双环氯胺(23)形成的。通过X射线衍射分析证实了3的结构。
