  We applied magnetic NiFe₂O₄ as a recoverable catalyst in the multicomponent reaction of substituted pyrroles. Magnetic NiFe₂O₄ could be recovered from the reaction easily with an external magnet and reused nine times without significant activity loss. The yields are high.
