设计并合成了两个新的不对称D-π-A1-A2构型的小分子,分别命名为PTP和TTP,以噻吩并[3,4- b ]吡嗪(TP)单元作为A1基团,用于溶液处理的本体异质结有机太阳能电池(OSC)。这些新的偶极分子供体不仅表现出强大的近红外吸收能力,而且还堆积成反平行二聚体,其中PTP显示出共面和界面反平行二聚体结构共存,而TTP显示出共面中心对称的二聚体结构。经溶液处理的用于PTP与原始C 70混合的OSC达到了3.40%的有希望的功率转换效率(PCE)以及开路电压(V OC)为0.64 V,短路电流密度(J SC)为9.83 mA cm -2,填充系数(FF)为54.0%,这是迄今为止TP基材料中最高的效率。相反,优化的TTP:C 70太阳能电池可提供0.48 V的V OC,6.02 mA cm -2的J SC和43.3%的FF,相当于中等PCE为1.25%。
In the construction of a new NIR-II AIEgen with balanced fluorescence behavior and photothermal conversion efficiency, the engineering of the electron donor/π-bridge was crucial. The AIEgen showed excellent performance in trimodal NIR-II FLI/PAI/PTI imaging-guided phototherapy in vitro and in vivo and shows great potential for in cancer theranostics.
