Rhodium-catalyzedoxidativeannulation of hydrazines with alkynes has been accomplished using 1,3-dinitrobenzene as an oxidant. A variety of hydrazines with alkynes were converted to 1-aminoindole derivatives in good to high yields. Provided are a class of fused-cyclic pyrazolone formamide compounds and a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition and the use thereof. Specifically, provided is a compound having the structure as shown in formula (I) (with each group defined in the description).
