Optically active deoxyaspergillic acid was easily synthesized by a newly developed procedure for preparation of 2(1H)-pyrazinone derivatives from l-leucyl-l-isoleucine aldehyde hydrochloride (H-l-Leu-l-Ile-H·HCl).
通过新开发的程序,可以很容易地合成光学活性的脱氧曲霉酸,用于从1-亮氨酰-1-异亮氨酸醛盐酸盐(H1-Leu-1-Ile-H·HCl)制备2(1 H)-吡嗪酮衍生物。
