    An organic compound, an organic light emitting diode including the compound, and an organic light emitting device including the organic light emitting diode are disclosed. The organic compound may include a fused hetero aromatic moiety having a p-type property and an aza-acridine moiety having an n-type property bonded to the fused hetero aromatic moiety via an aromatic or a hetero aromatic linker. The organic compound has relatively high energy level since it includes plural fused hetero aromatic rings. Holes and electrons can be recombined in an emitting material layer in a balanced manner since the organic compound has a bipolar property. The organic light emitting diode and the organic light emitting device including the organic compound have enhanced luminous efficiency and luminous lifetime.

    An organic compound having a tetraphenyl moiety and at least one fused hetero aryl moiety having at least one oxygen and/or sulfur on a ring and bonded to the tetraphenyl moiety directly or indirectly, and a light emitting diode and a light emitting device having the organic compound are disclosed. The organic compound has excellent thermal resistance property and hole mobility property. The organic compound can be incorporated into a hole transfer layer, an electron blocking layer and/or a charge generation layer of the light emitting diode. Therefore, the light emitting diode and light emitting device according to the present invention have decreased driving voltage and enhanced luminous efficiency.

    An organic compound including a carbazolyl moiety having a p-type property, a dibenzofuranyl or dibenzothiophenyl moiety having an n-type property and further substituted with a dibenzofuranyl or dibenzothiophenyl moiety is disclosed. An organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device including the organic compound are also disclosed.     The present invention relates to an organic compound having improved luminescent properties, an organic light emitting diode and organic light emitting device including the organic compound, the organic compound having a specific structure. The organic compound is a bipolar compound having both a p-type moiety and an n-type moiety. Moreover, the organic compound has high energy levels, large energy bandgap and improved thermal stability. Incorporating the organic compound into an emissive layer of the OLED allows holes and electrons to be recombined at whole area of an emitting material layer, and thereby allows enhancing the luminous efficiency and the luminous lifetime of the OLED.
