  我们合成了被源自（+）-CGK062的肉桂酰基-和苯基丙酰基取代的（+）-递精蛋白衍生物，并使用基于细胞的测定法筛选了它们，以检测相对荧光素酶报道分子的活性。在该系列化合物中，其中引入了3-乙酰氧基肉桂酰基的化合物8b最有效地抑制了Wnt /β-catenin途径（97.0％）。具体而言，化合物8b在HEK293报告细胞中剂量依赖性地抑制Wnt3a诱导的β-catenin反应转录（CRT）表达，并增加β-catenin降解。此外，化合物8b以浓度依赖性方式抑制下游β-连环蛋白靶基因cyclin D1和c-myc的表达，并抑制PC3细胞的生长。

  We report the synthesis of a novel series of highly potent melanin inhibitors which were obtained through structural modification of an anticancer compound S-(+)-decursinol. The in vitro inhibitory potencies of the newly synthesized compounds were evaluated against alpha-MSH induced melanin production in 816 murine melanoma cells. Among the compounds evaluated, compounds 2, 3, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a and 8b emerged as highly potent inhibitors of melanin production. Besides, these compounds demonstrated significantly low cytotoxicity.
