  摘要：

  Single X-ray crystal structure analysis has been determined for the dibutyltin derivatives of 2-mercaptobenzoxazole 1 and 5-chloro-2-mercaptobenzothiazole 2. In both cases, the geometry at the tin atom is that of an octahedron, and it is weakly coordinated by N,S chelating ligands. Trypanocidal activity patterns are also presented, showing a large difference in behaviour between 1, 2 and the related bis (2-mercaptobenzothiazolyl) dibutyltin. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science S.A.
