  本发明公开了一种手性吲哚并噻喃类化合物的合成方法，具体为以硫代吲哚酮与苯甲醛丙二腈为反应物，在手性多功能1R,2R‑二苯基乙二胺硫脲催化剂催化下，在溶剂中合成得到产物。本发明公开的方法原料简单易得，反应条件温和，后处理简单方便，适用的底物范围广，收率高，对映选择性高；由此合成得到的产物可用以合成药物和杀虫剂的中间体。

  A formal thio [3 + 3]-cyclization catalyzed by a DPEN-derived chiral thiourea has been reported for the construction of optically active thiopyrano-indole annulated heterocyclic compounds in high yields with excellent enantioselectivities.
