4-thiadiazine derivative. Upon condensation of bromoacetaldehyde diethyl acetal with thiosemicarbazide, 4H-1,3,4-thiadiazine-2-amine was formed. (Diethoxyphosphoryl)acetaldehyde reacts with thiosemicarbazide under the same conditions in a ratio of 1 : 2, forming a linear product, thiophosphatoiminohydrazone of (diethoxyphosphoryl)acetaldehyde.
摘要 硫代脲与膦酰基乙酸三乙酯缩合生成S-磷酸化 2-乙氧基-4-氧代-3,4,5-三氢-1,5,2-二氮杂膦-2-氧化物,这是硫代巴比妥酸盐的等排体。在类似条件下,膦酰乙酸三乙酯与氨基脲反应,生成中间体 2-(二乙氧基磷酰乙酰基)肼-1-甲酰胺,其在 P-C 键断裂时形成三嗪,在 C 键断裂时形成 1,2,3-磷二唑–N键。在类似条件下,膦酰乙酸三乙酯与氨基硫脲的缩合伴随着Р–С键的断裂和杂环化,形成1,3,4-噻二嗪衍生物。溴乙醛二乙缩醛与氨基硫脲缩合,4 H形成-1,3,4-噻二嗪-2-胺。(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙醛与氨基硫脲在相同条件下以1:2的比例反应,生成直链产物(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙醛硫代磷酸亚氨基腙。
