制备方法与用途

用途 
用作电镀添加剂中间体,用于配制镀铜光亮剂,使其具有良好的延展性及光亮性
用途 
镀铜光亮剂,与聚醚和润湿剂等表面活性剂配合使用,也可与其他含硫光亮剂结合使用,可获得光亮延展性好的镀层。同时也可用于贵金属的化学镀,也可作为电镀稳定剂。DPS属于中电流密度区光亮剂,该产品最早由德国RASCHIG公司引入国内,主要作用是出光快,镀液的稳定性好。大致的使用方法:与SPS配合使用,对于优质的SPS而言,SPS与DPS按照1:1配合使用,而对于市购普通的SPS,由于其中含有DPS成分,则要调整其比例。添加DPS后,可以减少电镀故障,它可以调节SPS、M、N的平衡,并能络合一价的铜离子。
