  (EN) Novel ester derivatives of carboxylic acid medicaments of formula (I), wherein R-COO - represents the acyloxy residue of a carboxylic acid drug or medicament, n is an integer from 1 to 3, and R1 and R2 are the same or different and are selected from a group consisting of an alkyl, an alkenyl, an aryl, an aralkyl, a cycloalkyl and which group may be unsubstituted or substituted, or R1 and R2 together with the N forms a 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocyclic ring, which in addition to the nitrogen atom may contain one or two further heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur and which heterocyclic group may be substituted. These compounds are highly biolabile prodrug forms of the corresponding carboxylic acid compounds and are highly susceptible to undergoing enzymatic hydrolysis $i(in vivo) whereas they are highly stable in aqueous solution. The novel derivatives are less irritating to mucosa than the parent carboxylic acids and may provide an improved bioavailability of the drugs.(FR) Des nouveaux dérivés esters de médicaments à base d'acide carboxylique sont représentés par la formule (I), où R-COO- représente le résidu acyloxy d'un produit pharmaceutique ou d'un médicament à base d'acide carboxylique, n représente un nombre premier compris entre 1 et 3 et R1 et R2 sont identiques ou différents et sont choisis dans le groupe composé d'un alkyle, d'un alkényle, d'un aryle, d'un aralkyle et d'un cycloalkyle, ledit groupe pouvant être substitué ou non substitué, ou R1 et R2 forment avec N un anneau hétérocyclique à 4, 5, 6 ou 7 éléments, qui en plus de l'atome d'azote peut contenir un ou plusieurs autres hétéroatomes choisis dans le groupe composé d'azote, d'oxygène et de soufre, ledit groupe hétérocyclique pouvant être substitué. Lesdits composés sont des formes de prodrogues hautement biolabiles des composés correspondants à base d'acide carboxylique et se prètent parfaitement à une hydrolyse enzymatique $i(in vivo), tout en présentant une stabilité élevée en solution aqueuse. Ces nouveaux dérivés irritent moins les muqueuses que les acides carboxyliques apparentés et peuvent présenter une adaptabilité biologique accrue en tant que médicament.
