  Oily gel compositions which contain at least one member of specific N-acyl-L-glutamic acid dialkylamides (component A), at least one member of polyhydric alcohol compounds (component B), and an oily substrate (component C), in which the ratio by weight of (component A)/(component B) is from 1/3 to 1/990, may be prepared by dissolving the gelling agent at a relatively low temperature and by using a rather small amount of a gelling agent.   The present invention relates to a photosensitive composition containing at least one compound selected from the group consisting of N-acyl amino acid derivatives, hydroxycarboxylic acids and their derivatives, condensates of an aliphatic or aromatic aldehyde with a polyhydric alcohol, acylated polysaccharides and metallic soaps.
