A polycarbonate resin composition comprising a polycarbonate resin and 0.001 to 1 parts by weight of an N—R type (R represents an alkyl group) hindered amine-based optical stabilizer per 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate resin, wherein the polycarbonate resin comprises 40 mol % or more of a recurring unit (A) represented by the following formula, a metal compound comprising a negative ion represented by the following formula (B) and a positive ion constituted by a metal is used as a polymerization catalyst in an amount of 1×10−9 to 1×10−5 molar equivalent relative to the total diol compounds used for polymerization, and the resin composition has excellent heat resistance, a low water absorption coefficient and high transparency, and suppresses deterioration during long-term use,
