    本发明提供了一种在液-液界面上制备纳米半导体发光材料的方法,包括以下步骤:a)在150-300℃的溶剂中,将II B族金属的氧化物和具有2-18个碳原子的羧酸或油酸反应,其中氧化物与酸的摩尔比为1~5:5~1;b)加入三辛基磷氧化物和三辛基膦,三辛基磷氧化物与三辛基膦的摩尔比为10~1:1~10,总摩尔数的三辛基磷氧化物与氧化物的摩尔比为10~1:1~10;c)加入至少一种碱性/碱土金属硫属化物的水溶液,硫属化物与氧化物的摩尔比为10~1:1~10;d)在20-100℃下反应0.5~10小时,以获得含有半导体纳米颗粒的胶体。制备的半导体纳米颗粒可在紫外灯下发射可调谐波长的可见光。

    A powder molding composition containing dry-blended polyvinyl chloride resin plasticizer and stabilizer, which is characterized in that there are blended therein 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of carboxylic acid barium salt having a melting point not lower than 250 °C and 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of zinc salt of fatty acid containing 10 or more carbon atoms, per 100 parts by weight said polyvinyl chloride resin. The composition of the invention is of excellent releasability and resistance to mold staining.

    A polycarbonate resin composition comprising a polycarbonate resin and 0.001 to 1 parts by weight of an N-R type (R represents an alkyl group) hindered amine-based optical stabilizer per 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate resin, wherein the polycarbonate resin comprises 40 mol% or more of a recurring unit (A) represented by the following formula and satisfies the following formulas (i) to (v), and the resin composition has excellent heat resistance, a low water absorption coefficient and high transparency, and suppresses deterioration during long-term use: (i) a metal compound comprising a negative ion represented by the following formula (B) and a positive ion constituted by a metal is used as a polymerization catalyst in an amount of 1 × 10-9 to 1 × 10-5 molar equivalent relative to the total diol compounds used for polymerization; (ii) the specific viscosity measured with a methylene chloride solution at 20°C is 0.23 to 0.60; (iii) the glass transition temperature is 100°C to 160°C; (iv) the saturated water absorption coefficient is 2.5% or less; and (v) the relationship between the glass transition temperature (Tg°C) and the saturated water absorption coefficient (Wa%) satisfies the following formula (I): 2.5≤Tw value=Tg×0.04−Wa wherein R1 is an alkylene group, a cycloalkylene group, or an arylalkylene group which has 1 to 22 carbon atoms and may be linear or branched.

    The invention relates to a method to prepare surface stabilized quantum dots by dispersing quantum dots having at least a first type of ligands bonded to their surface in a solvent comprising at least one multifunctional compound. The multifunctional compound comprises at least a first functional group and at least a second functional group. The first functional group of the multifunctional compound is able to bind to the outer surface of the quantum dots and the second functional group of the multifunctional compound being able to interact with a first functional group of the first type of ligands provided on the outer surface of the quantum dots. The invention further relates to surface stabilized quantum dots obtainable by this method, to articles comprising such quantum dots and to the use of such quantum dots for use in on-chip color conversion applications.
