  本发明涉及一种双氨基甲酸酯脂肪链有机硅烷季铵盐类化合物及其制备和应用，化合物结构式为：其中X-为Cl-、Br-、I-，n=1-19,m=1-9；制备方法，包括：将3-二甲胺基-1,2-丙二醇、三乙胺、甲苯和预先制备的脂肪链异氰酸酯混合，升温至80℃，反应10h，得到氨基甲酸酯中间体；将上述氨基甲酸酯中间体和卤烷基三甲氧基硅烷混合，加入或不加入甲苯，加热，冷却至室温，洗涤，即得。应用：将双氨基甲酸酯脂肪链有机硅烷季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂加入到沸石分子筛合成的母液中，搅拌，然后进行水热晶化，抽滤、水洗、干燥、焙烧，得到多级孔道沸石分子筛。本发明显著地提高了多级孔沸石分子筛的孔容和比表面积。
