    Improvement of solid material for affinity resins by application of long PEG spacers to capture the whole target complex of FK506

    Solid materials for affinity resins bearing long PEG spacers between a functional group used for immobilization of a bio-active compound and the solid surface were synthesized to capture not only small target proteins but also large and/or complex target proteins. Solid materials with PEG1000 or PEG2000 as spacers, which bear a benzenesulfonamide derivative, exhibited excellent selectivity between the specific binding protein carbonic anhydrase type II (CAII) and non-specific ones. These materials also exhibited efficacy in capturing a particular target at a maximal amount. Affinity resins using solid materials with PEG1000 or PEG2000 spacers, bear a FK506 derivative, successfully captured the whole target complex of specific binding proteins at the silver staining level, while all previously known affinity resins with solid materials failed to achieve this objective. These novel affinity resins captured other specific binding proteins such as dynamin and neurocalcin delta as well. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

    The present invention provides a tulobuterol adhesive patch comprising (a) a support, (b) an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing the percutaneously absorbing drug tulobuterol and if necessary a lipophilic oily plasticizer, and (c) a release liner, laminated in that order, wherein the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an acrylic monomer which is acetoacetoxyalkyl (meth)acrylate with one or more other vinyl monomers, to yield a tulobuterol adhesive patch with excellent release and skin permeability of tulobuterol from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, low skin irritation and excellent safety.

    A continuous process for preparation of propylene-ethylene block copolymer suitable for moldings with high rigidity and high impact resistance are provided, which process is a continuous process for preparation of highly rigid propylene-ethylene block copolymers, wherein propylene and ethylene are polymerized in the specified 2 steps with use of a catalyst system comprising (A) a solid catalyst component containing Ti, Mg, halogen and polyvalent carboxylic ester, (B) an organic aluminium compound, as well as (C) an organic silicon compound expressed by the general formula R4xR5ySi(OR6)z (wherein, x+y+z=4), and wherein the ratio between the maximum value and the minimum value of MFR(1)) is0.1 ≦ Log(MFR(h)/MFR(l)) ≦ 1, and the ratio between the average MFR(i) and MFR(ii) in the subsequent polymerization procedure (II) containing ethylene in a relatively large amount which is carried out by adding the glycol type compound is3 ≦ Log(MFR(i)/MFR(ii)) ≦ 7. The product having less fish eye and high impact resistant value was obtained from the copolymer according to the invention.
