  摘要：

  本发明涉及一种高顺式功夫菊酸的合成工艺，包括如下步骤：a、准备原料；b、将氢氧化钾的叔丁醇悬浮液与DMAC混合，冷却至‑15～‑20℃，然后在内温不高于‑15℃的环境下，添加原料3，3‑二甲基—4，6，6‑三氯—7，7，7‑三氟庚酸甲酯进行环合反应，直至溶液中的环化物的质量含量小于0.5％，接着升温至25～30℃进行保温反应，最后脱溶剂、过滤，制得环合体；c、用氢氧化钾的异丙醇水溶液将步骤b中制得的环合体脱氯化氢成烯并进行皂化反应，然后酸化中和反应，得粗品功夫菊酸；d、将步骤c中的粗品功夫菊酸进行纯化精制，除去无效体，即得高顺式功夫菊酸。本合成工艺与传统的合成工艺相比，成本低，难度小，危险性低。
