    本发明提供一种制备1,4?环己烷二甲酸二辛酯的方法,包括以1,4?环己烷二甲酸和辛醇为原料,在酸性分子筛或酸式盐为催化剂的作用下,在反应温度120~200℃的条件下酯化合成1,4?环己烷二甲酸二辛酯;所述辛醇为正辛醇和/或异辛醇,所述酸式盐选自硫酸氢钠和硫酸氢钾。本发明采用特定的催化剂和在特定的反应温度下完成所述1,4?环己烷二甲酸与辛醇的酯化反应,使得所得1,4?环己烷二甲酸二辛酯的单程收率达到理想值,且本发明描述的合成1,4?环己烷二甲酸二辛酯的方法具有反应速度快、转化率高、选择性好、催化剂可重复使用、绿色环保等优势。
