  制备了3-（3-羟基-苯基）-Nn-丙基哌啶（3-PPP）的等排物，一些取代的3-苯基吗啉（10a-e，j，k）和3-噻吩吗啉（10f，g）并提交给与3-PPP及其类似物3a，b相比，对D-2多巴胺能，5-HT1和5-HT2血清素能受体的结合测定。结果表明，D-2对所有吗啉的亲和力丧失，但哌啶衍生物仍可观察到一定的活性。关于血清素能亲和力，当取代基位于C-2或C-3位置时，只有氯和甲氧基衍生物（10a-d）对5-HT1A受体具有中等活性，而没有受试化合物对5 -HT2受体。

  This paper reports the synthesis and biological activity of a novel series of aryl-morpholine dopamine receptor agonists. Several compounds show high levels of functional selectivity for the D3 over the D2 dopamine receptor.
