formulate metabolites such as amino acids for dissolution dynamicnuclearpolarization (D-DNP) applications is reported using a TEMPOL radical for over a broad range of metabolites concentrations. The approach is validated by hyperpolarizing glutamine and asparagine to monitor enzymatic activity, to probe metabolic pathways in celllysates and to perform fast imaging applications.
