Alkylation of 3-methylpyrazole with 2-phenethyl p-toluenesulfonate gave 3-methyl-1-(2-phenethyl)pyrazole (2a) and 5-methyl-1-(2-phenethyl)pyrazole (3a) in low yield. Reaction of 5-chloro-1,3-dimethylpyrazole (5) with substituted-benzaldehydes afforded compounds 7. Reduction of the latter afforded compound 2 in high yield. Compound 3 could be obtained from the reaction of substituted-2-(phenethyl)hydrazine
将3-甲基吡唑与对甲苯磺酸2-苯乙基酯烷基化以低收率得到3-甲基-1-(2-苯乙基)吡唑(2a)和5-甲基-1-(2-苯乙基)吡唑(3a)。5-氯-1,3-二甲基吡唑(5)与取代的苯甲醛的反应得到化合物7。后者的还原以高收率得到化合物2。化合物3可以由取代的2-(苯乙基)肼盐酸盐9与乙酰乙醛二甲基乙缩醛的反应以中等收率获得。
