  The one-to-one correspondence between excited triplet states and the determinate intermolecular interactions has been established for the first time, by temperature-controllable blue-green-yellow afterglow with hierarchically unlocking intermolecular interactions, which was further confirmed and improved by the deuterated analogue, guiding the accurate design of desirable phosphorescence materials
