Three Mn(II) supramolecular coordination complexes containing carboxylate–tetrazolate ligands
摘要:
Three novel complexes [Mn(atza)(2)(H2O)(4)] (1), [Mn(nptza)(2)(CH3OH)(4)] (2), and [Mn(a4-ptz)(2)(H2O)(2)](n) center dot 2nH(2)O] (3) [atza = 5-aminotetrazole-1-acetato, nptza = 5-[(4-nitryl) phenyl] tetrazole-1-acetato, a4-ptz = 5-[N-acetato(4-pyridyl)] tetrazole] containing carboxylate-tetrazolate ligands have been synthesized and characterized by element analysis. X-ray crystallography shows that complexes 1 and 2 both contain mononuclear structure. The complex 3 is a 1D polymeric chain structure. Compounds 1-3 are self-assembled to form supramolecular structures through hydrogen bonds interactions. (C) 2008 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.
A cyano-bridged Cu(<scp>i</scp>)-based organic framework coupled with the C–C bond cleavage of acetonitrile for selective and sensitive sensing of Fe3+ ions
A cyano-bridged Cu(I) organic framework based on [Cu6(CN)6]n was synthesized, in which cyano anions were generated in situ from the C–C bond cleavage of acetonitrile. The as-synthesized compound displays orange-red luminescence and is further proven to be a promising Fe3+ luminescent sensor with high selectivity and sensitivity.
Reaction of 5-[N-acetato(4-pyridyl)]tetrazolate (a4-ptz) potassium salt with lanthanide(III) chlorides, produced three new coordination compounds, [Ln(a4-ptz)2(H2O)4]·Cl·2H2O (Ln = La(1), Eu(2) and Tb(3)). These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1–3 displayed 1-D structures. Luminescences of 1–3 were investigated at
Reactions of Katza (atza(-)=5-aminotetrazole-l-acetato) or Ka4-ptz (a4-ptz(-)=5-[N-acetato(4-pyridyl)ltetrazole) with PbCl2 in aqueous solution, produced two new Pb(II) compounds, [PbCl(atza)](n) (1) and [PbCl(a4-ptz)](n) (2). Both compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In I or 2, the Pb(II) centers are connected through the atzaor a4-ptz(-) bridging ligand to form a two-dimensional layered structure. The luminescence properties of 1 and 2 were investigated at room temperature in the solid state. (c) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
